Cefalu - Booking

Booking Process

1) Fill in our online booking form with your desired arrival and departure dates and number of guests.(Minimal one week rental only - max. allowance of 4 people including children!)

2) We will respond via email with details on rates and availability & information on how to pay your deposit via bank transfer to hold your booking.

The initial deposit to hold the booking is 25% of the full rental cost. The remaining 75% must be received at least 7 days before your arrival.

** In addition we require a Damage deposit of €250 to be paid in cash on arrival to the site manager. The Purpose of the 250 Euro Security deposit is only to cover damages to the property/contents. On your departure our onsite manager will inspect the property and we will return the amount in cash if no damages or breakages have occurred. Usually with most of our guests no damages do occur and the full amount is returned.

3) Once we receive your deposit we will send you a detailed receipt for the amount received. We also email a Welcome pack and Directions on how to reach the villa.

4) Your final payment of the remaining rent must be paid at least 7 days before your arrival by bank transfer.

5) Based on your arrival time confirmation, our site manager will meet you to hand over the keys, take the €250 damage deposit and will also outline the villa boundaries. On your agreed departure the site manager will be there to collect the keys, carry out the property inspection.
