Will you send us a contract which both parties have to sign?

[Easily Sicily] We will send you a detailed receipt of the amount received and the details of the booking which is then held for you.

If I send you the security/damage deposit how and when do we get it back and under which conditions?

[Easily Sicily] The initial deposit to hold the booking is only 25% of the full rental cost + Security deposit. The remaining 75% must be received at least 7 days before your arrival. The Purpose of the 300 Euro Security deposit is only to cover damages to the property/contents. On your departure our onsite manager will inspect the property and we will immediately execute a bank transfer to return the full amount if no damages or breakages have occurred. Usually with most of our guest no damages do occur and the full amount is returned.

Will there be somebody locally present we can talk to?

[Easily Sicily]Yes, Andrea Giardini is our onsite manager for the Sant Agata property he lives in the village of Sant'Agata also and is available for any support or emergencies. Signora Messina is our onsite Manager for the Trapani Apartment Rosso Property. She will be there to welcome you on your arrival and is always on site to help out when needed. For all our other rental properties these are managed locally onsite by the owners.

How do we get the keys for the house?

[Easily Sicily] At Some of our properties we operate a system that means you are free to arrive at any stage after 16.00 on the day of arrival We have a security box at the main entrance gates at the driveway entrance to the villa. The full set of house keys in this secure box, just before your arrival we will sms and email you the appropriate security code to open this box to retrieve the keys. At other of our apartment properties we have an onsite caretaker who will welcome you upon arrival, provide you with a set of house keys and show you to the property. Note: Please do let us know the earliest possible arrival time to ensure we have this set up in time for you.
