    Excellent location - only a 5 min walk to the 'new' sandy beach.
    Apartment was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to restaurants, the ferries, bus station, the beach, basically everything.
    Apartment has good airconditioning which is essential in Summer.
    The 'Trapani guide' which was personally written by the owners was extremely helpful and gave us great ideas about where to eat, what to expect and what to do.
    Good communication from the owners, who are friendly and trustworthy, made it easy to book and pay for and also they quickly returned our deposit without fuss.
    Would recommend this property as good value for money.

    Booking Process

    1) Fill in our online booking form with your desired arrival and departure dates and number of guests.

    2) We will respond via email with details on rates and availability & information on how to pay your deposit via bank transfer to hold your booking.
    The initial deposit to hold the booking is only 25% of the full rental cost + Security deposit. The remaining 75% must be received at least 7 days before your arrival. The Purpose of the 100 Euro Security deposit is only to cover damages to the property/contents. On your departure our onsite manager will inspect the property and we will immediately execute a bank transfer to return the full amount if no damages or breakages have occurred. Usually with most of our guest no damages occur and the full amount is returned.

    3) Once we receieve your deposit we will send you a detail reciept for the amount recieved. We also email a Welcome pack and Directions on how to reach the villa. If you wish we can send GPS coordinates of the Villa to use on your SatNav device.

    4) Your final payment of the remaining rent must be paid at least 7 days before your arrival by bank transfer.

    Terms and conditions

  • Rental includes single set of bedlinen for the reserved Guests only .
  • Beach towels are NOT provided.
  • When leaving the accomodation, please ensure to leave as it was found as a full cleaning charge is not included in the rental fee.
  • Departure is strictly before 11am on day of departure. An extra days rental may be charged for late departure.
  • Apt. Rosso Trapani is a smoke free home, we invite our guests to please only smoke outdoors and never inside the home.
  • 100 euro Security Deposit is included in your payments due. This is fully refunded via bank transfer after your stay , if no further charges incurred.
